I've been researching, for what seems like endless hours, other photog's (short for "photographer's") work. Looking for new inspirations, learning new techniques, and just plain admiring their handiwork! My favorite photos, by far, have been the stuff that's done in Natural Light! There's nothing like seeing the face of a child illuminated by the light from a sunny window! So in an attempt to capture this natural beauty, I've rearranged my living room (to my husband's dismay) to make use of our sunny picture window. Actually, I just shot my first clients in natural light, and am so amazed at the difference in quality! I hope you notice the difference, too! Not to mention, the two kiddos that I shot were pretty stinkin' cute! They have been my easiest and most cooperative subjects by far! (It may have something to do with the fact that are way beyond the crawling, new walking, super adventurous stage - who knows!!) Thanks, Emily & Ben, for being awesome clients and I can't wait to take your pictures again with your new baby brother/sister!
